Vertical Advisors (VA) is a boutique accounting firm specializing in providing privately-held companies with accounting, taxation, and business advisory services. We recognize that most of the business owners, although successful, are not accountants and are typically frustrated that their accounting and taxation process isn’t functioning efficiently. Vertical Advisors has a unique process to understand and create solutions to these problems. We work closely with the business owner to get all the accounting, taxation and business items functioning efficiently. We consider ourselves a boutique accounting firm. What we mean by that is our firm offers a boutique of services not typically offered in one firm. Vertical Advisors has combined the innovative and strategic approach, typically offered by large accounting firms, with necessary traditional services (i.e. accounting clean-up and tax preparation that are typically offered by small CPA firms). We then blend these two approaches together with our five step process and connect them with a business advisory approach. Our approach is definitely considered a benefit by our clients. When new clients sign up, they typically state, “I never knew a CPA firm could provide this much benefit”. We provide services to a variety of industries and clients operating in multiple states and internationally. A client doesn’t have to reside in Southern California for us to be effective. We are able to assist clients located throughout the United States with our technology and experience.
